"Grand. There's a word I really hate. It's a phony. I could puke every time I hear it." - Holden Caulfeild, The Catcher In The Rye
The Catcher in the Rye is probably one of my favorite books. It's all about a disenchanted young man, the plot doesn't quite relate to my blog, but a lot of the time the main character Holden sheds his opinions on phoniness and fakeness. He hates how people are fake, and how he wishes people would be more real which definitely does relate to my blog. Also, Perks Of Being A Wallflower is a book about this teenage boys life, and he speaks about how people should just be themselves. I aspire one day to write a book that is as influential as The Catcher in the Rye, a book that will show people that being yourself is the most important thing. I guess we'll see.
I love your blog. I love the design, your posts, and the blogs you follow. Bravo.
